Dependacare Transportation provides non-emergency medical transportation. The company started from scratch and needed everything from a brand identity to a website, marketing strategy and more. I began the process with market research on the industry, as the market is fairly saturated in the Richmond area, to define how Dependacare was going to be different. Service was an area with opportunity for great improvement in this industry and served as the inspiration for the tagline: “Caring hands, reliable vans.” I created a brand identity that embodied the clean, reliable, quality service Dependacare planned to provide and that could easily translate from business cards to van decals and everything in between. Marketing was another area of opportunity so I worked with Dependacare to brainstorm ideas and then developed a comprehensive marketing plan and produced all the creative to support it.
